Amilcar Antonio Madry-Castro

Mr. Amilcar Antonio Madry-Castro of Tarboro, passed away at home on Sunday April 14, 2024. 

Visitation will be Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Carlisle Funeral Home from 3:00 - 5:00 PM.

Born and raised in Tarboro, he was known by all who loved him as “Bubba”. He enjoyed cutting grass, trees and most importantly fishing with his loved ones. He absolutely loved spending time with his son Averie who he loved more than anything in this world. He was known to be the protector of his family.

Amilcar was preceded in death by his grandparents Lawrence and Jane Madry of Tarboro; Godfather Francisco Flores of Pinetops.

He was survived by his mother Leslie Madry; son Averie Hyman-Castro; six brothers and sisters: Alisia (Devon), Leslie (Tony), Carlos (Kaytlynn), Abraham (Harley), Lawrence and Zachary; nephew Abel and niece Bellissima (Bella) and special friends Essence Hyman (Trenae), Cole Varnadore, Elvis Hernandez, Justin Webb and Josh Coley.
